Can AI write a book?
Not alone — and it shouldn't. AI is at its best as a co-author: drafting in your voice, continuing where you stopped, and proofreading, while you keep the judgment and the byline. In Pinery, Prose reads your manuscript before it writes, and everything it proposes arrives as a draft or diff you review.
Can you publish AI-assisted books on Amazon KDP?
Yes. Amazon distinguishes AI-assisted content (you created it, AI helped edit and refine — no disclosure required) from AI-generated content (must be disclosed). Prose's review-everything workflow is built for the assisted side, but answer KDP's question based on how you actually worked.
What file format does Amazon KDP accept?
ePub is Amazon's recommended format for Kindle eBooks. Pinery exports production-ready ePub 3 with one click — links, footnotes, and fonts handled.
How do I write a book on a Mac?

Where do my files live? Do I keep ownership?
